Build Better Systems. Improve Processes. Drive Business Results.
Klesk Metal Stamping Co. is seeking a Business Systems Manager to help us strengthen our ERP systems, improve data accuracy, enhance reporting, and create more efficient, consistent business processes.
This is a hands-on business systems and process improvement role for someone who understands how technology, data, and business operations work together. Reporting to the Controller, you’ll partner with Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, IT partners, and external ERP resources to help Klesk get more value from our systems.
Our primary ERP platform is Syteline CloudSuite Industrial, and we’re looking for someone who can help improve system adoption, data integrity, reporting, documentation, training, and overall process discipline.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a key internal resource for Syteline CloudSuite Industrial and related business applications
- Help departments use business systems consistently and effectively
- Troubleshoot system and process issues and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support ERP stabilization, continuous improvement, testing, implementation, and user adoption
- Review and improve master data, workflows, reporting, and process alignment
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, data views, and decision-support tools
- Improve data quality and reduce duplicate entry, manual reporting, spreadsheets, and workarounds
- Partner with leaders to establish useful metrics and improve business visibility
- Provide hands-on user training, coaching, and support
- Create and maintain documentation, work instructions, and process guides
- Identify process gaps and lead or support improvement projects from problem identification through implementation
- Coordinate with ERP consultants, software vendors, managed IT providers, and cybersecurity partners when needed
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements, priorities, and actionable solutions
What Success Looks Like
In this role, your work will help Klesk achieve:
- Stronger ERP adoption and system utilization
- More accurate and reliable business data
- Better reporting and visibility for decision-making
- Fewer spreadsheets, workarounds, and manual processes
- Better documentation and user confidence
- Stronger alignment between business processes and system capabilities
- More effective collaboration across Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
- Practical system improvements that support continued company growth
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience supporting ERP, business systems, reporting, data, or process improvement in a manufacturing or operations environment
- Strong understanding of how business processes connect to system usage and data quality
- Experience working cross-functionally to solve system and process challenges
- Ability to turn user needs into practical system improvements, reports, workflows, or documentation
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical employees
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, problem-solving, and follow-through
- Comfortable working hands-on in a growing organization where systems and processes are continuing to mature
Preferred:
- Experience with Syteline CloudSuite Industrial or another manufacturing ERP
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Excel, or similar reporting/data tools
- Experience with master data, data cleanup, governance, or ERP adoption
- Manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, medical device, or regulated-industry experience
- Familiarity with CRM, Microsoft 365, workflow tools, or system integrations
- Experience working with external ERP consultants, IT providers, cybersecurity partners, or software vendors
Important: This Is a Business Systems Role — Not an IT Infrastructure Role
This position is focused on ERP, business applications, data, reporting, process improvement, and user enablement.
You will not be responsible for:
- Hardware or help desk support
- IT infrastructure leadership
- Cybersecurity leadership
- Serving as a CIO or CISO
- Replacing Klesk’s managed IT or cybersecurity partners
Instead, you’ll be the internal business systems partner who helps ensure our technology is being used effectively to support the business.
Export Control Requirement
This position may require access to technical data subject to U.S. export control regulations under ITAR and EAR. In accordance with these regulations, U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or lawful permanent residents are eligible for this role. Proof of status will be required prior to employment.
If you’re a hands-on business systems professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and helping teams get more from their technology, we’d love to hear from you.
